History:
When he was born, both parents deserted him, he assumes they are dead. When he reached the age of 18. When the whole thing happened he got shapeshifting powers from nuclear waste stuff ish things. Taking advantage of it, he kills anyone without powers. He loves seeing people in pain and misery it makes him forget his. He tends to manipulate people to bring them onto his side, his first victim was Carly (muhahah).
